Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born to an athletic family. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer, and basketball before she got into bodybuilding at the age of 15. Aleesha won her pro card after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she ranked 9th. Then she fought to secure a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016, in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has been steadily growing and in 2019 she took home her first ever pro title: the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she came 4th in the year 2020. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
